NY PLEASANT VALLEY — Planning Board schedules spring site visit for Joyce subdivision. The board unanimously set the inspection for Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM to examine the proposed six-lot residential project on Parksville Road and Drake Road, after applicant Jeremy Joyce explained terrain and road conditions made the site visit difficult over winter. Board members noted house locations, septic systems, and test well sites are already staked.

Chairman Michael Kozek, presiding over the 10-minute session that ended at 6:40 PM, also congratulated newly appointed alternates Christopher Vilardi and Conor Tarbell. The Board unanimously approved minutes from November 12, 2025, January 14, 2026, and February 11, 2026.
