NY PLEASANT VALLEY — Planning Board unanimously sets May 13 public hearing for Joyce Subdivision. Planning Board Chairman Michael Kozek and members voted unanimously to schedule the hearing for the proposed six-lot residential subdivision on Parksville Road and Drake Road, to be developed on a 53-acre property with access via two common driveways. In separate business, the Board reviewed an incomplete application from the Shark Club to convert a former woodworking shop into a nonprofit wellness club focused on health and longevity education; board members noted that the nonprofit status remains pending with the IRS and that septic system capacity limits membership to approximately nine people.
