NY PLEASANT VALLEY — Fire board recommends against tattoo studio in Pleasant Valley due to incomplete plans. The Fire and Life Safety Review Board voted unanimously 4-0 on May 6 to recommend against applicant Hannah Lokuta's change of occupancy request, finding the submitted building plans incomplete and lacking necessary details. In other business, the board voted 4-0 to indicate no preference between two conceptual plans for 71 Wigsten Road, LLC's cluster subdivision, which would add 38 dwelling lots to the existing 2 single-family homes on the combined 3-parcel site.
The board stated either plan should prove serviceable for fire protection if final plans meet all highway standards.
